Thaïs RICARD joined the Group on 28 September 2020 as Head of Group Legal Affairs, under the responsibility of Antoine ROSSIGNOL.

Thaïs will be responsible for implementing the legal aspects of the Sapin II Law (compliance and governance), assisting with negotiating/drafting commercial contracts with both our customers and our suppliers, simplifying the legal structure where necessary, participating in acquisition projects and completing the legal aspects of Group procedures. Thaïs’ experience will clearly contribute to our attaining the targets set out in our strategic plan and will strengthen the support role of the Corporate team for our subsidiaries and operational teams.
