The Group in its employees’ eyes in 2020
With the “2020 Survey Results”, the Group confirms its image as a forward-looking entity.
The results of our 2020 Survey were not immediately released to our employees.
Due to the emergency situation and priorities arising from the public health crisis, SICAME Group had to collectively postpone sending out the results of the 2020 Survey.
The time is now appropriate to comment on our results at the Group level to better guide our actions towards 2021.
The survey, for the second consecutive time, attracted widespread participation across the organisation; more than 73% of employees worldwide contributed to this reflection of SICAME Group’s image internally. Thank you for your input.
SICAME Group continues to be seen as a forward-looking company. There seems to be a common collective sense that SICAME Group is a dynamic company that draws on recognised expertise that ensures us excellent prospects. Our ability to invest in the development of our increasingly efficient and innovative products was emphasised. In an almost unanimously shared opinion, this strength comes also from our employees, who generally appreciate their work and their environment. We are proud, as individuals and as a team, to work at SICAME Group. We all respect one another, whether amongst colleagues or with respect to our hierarchy. It is this collective strength combined with our leading position that opens up new prospects for new strides.
Also worthy of note is the positive feedback from all employees on what has become widely-known as quality of life at work. Our attachment to paying greater attention to work-life balance is widely appreciated.
Last but not least, let us highlight what is happening today with the social, societal and environmental actions which we at SICAME Group are undertaking to conduct, in particular through the SICAME Endowment Fund. They are not yet sufficiently known to all our employees. This is a point which we will most definitely include in our strategy, alongside the values that form our identity.
In the coming weeks, your managers, to whom we have made the results of the Survey available for their teams, will inform you about them and discuss them with you.
