On 22 June, a delegation from the Group composed of:
• Vincent ROY, President & CEO,
• Stephan SCHOENING, EMEA Region Direction,
• Arkady POPOV, Managing Director of 000 SICAME,
• and Victor LUKOMSKY, Sales Manager 000 SICAME for the St Petersburg region, was received at Smolny Palace by the local authorities of the City of St Petersburg:
• Evgeny GRIGORIEV, Chairman of the St Petersburg Committee of External Relations, Governor of the City of St Petersburg
• Georgy STAVITSKY, Principal Engineer of the department for the development of energy of the St Petersburg Energy Committee
• And Vladimir ROGOV, Head of the department for the preparation of techniques, conditions and analysis of territorial engineering for the St Petersburg Energy Committee.

This meeting was the opportunity to confirm the presence of a representative from SICAME in the Committee for the development of technical solutions for the 2018-2023 programme for the renovation of urban networks, particularly on the control solutions for public lighting and detection of faults on the distribution networks. An agreement has been concluded on 2 Innovative solutions offered by 000 SICAME on the automation of MV underground networks jointly using NORTROLL equipment (fault indicator) and the Swedish HUGHES equipment (circuit breaker with automatic reset).
