The general meetings of the SICAME, SM-CI, DERVAUX DISTRIBUTION, CONNECTION PROTECTION, CATU, DERVAUX, MECATRACTION, CEGERS TOOLS, DERVASIL, SICAMEX, GSL, FRANKLIN FRANCE, DUVAL MESSIER and ENERGIE FOUDRE companies were held in Pompadour on 9 June.
The results for 2016 were broadly positive, despite a difficult economic context. Sales have been stable and the profitability of the Group has increased slightly.
But 2016 will remain a «satisfactory year and full of initiatives for the future», notably through:
• the affirmation of the desire for growth with the acquisition of SEIFEL and CLAVED,
• the innovation approach with the creation of the In novation Steering Committee associating members from outside the Group on 5 axes of in novation,
• the industrial excellence project aimed at optima sing stocks, purchases and product design,
• the willingness to enrol in a solidarity dynamic with, among other things, the creation of the SICAME Foundation.
• the evolution of the Group communication with its new website and an active presence on social networks.
Our Group is on the move and we are very confident about our future growth prospects.
