A special session was organized at SICAME Pompadour for Salesforce key-users in January 2018 to provide operational support in the use of the software. For this session, each key-user represented an SBU or RD, their role being to promote the use of Salesforce within their entities and to help other users. 

The key-users participated in a training session facilitated by Benoît BRESEGHELLO and David GUILLON (OXALA). This subcontractor worked on a customized version of Salesforce for the entire SICAME Group and continues to provide technical support to the "Corporate Support Team". During the training course a complete review of the main objectives was provided, as well as information on opinions and reports. At the end of the training session, a debriefing between the key-users and the Salesforce Steering Committee reviewed the training course and covered certain developments. 

This training was facilitated and organized by Sylvie GENDEAU in coordination with Philippe ARMAND and the Salesforce Steering Committee. It enabled key-users from different countries to learn more about Salesforce and share their experiences. It also allowed them to meet the members of the "Corporate Support Team" who provide daily assistance to the users of the solution.
