At the end of 2015, SICAME GROUP strengthened the Human Resources function by creating a Group HR Department, represented on the Operational Executive Committee. As HR issues are essential to encouraging employee development, creating an HR culture, developing the Group culture, or even sharing constructive staff dialogue, and given that France makes up almost half of our global workforce, it was therefore necessary to create a France HR Department, to live up to our ambitions. To this end, Cécile DEIXONNE joined the SICAME Group on 4 June 2018 as HR Director for France. For the 14 subsidiaries within its scope, Cécile will particularly have to continue unifying and standardising HR procedures, and developing HR processes and systems suitable for the Group's current situation. Cécile will report directly to the Group HR Department.
