Managing Director of Cicame Energie in Canada 

Michel MIGLIA has been appointed Managing Director of CICAME ENERGIE since last 31 October. Michel will have to refocus commercial activities on profitable markets and product ranges by reorganising sales forces and operations. He will also ensure the subsidiary’s activities are better integrated into the Group. Michel MIGLIA graduated in civil engineering from the Montreal’s Polytechnic University and gained his MBA from McGILL University. He has worked mainly for multinational companies in the telecommunications sector. His operational experience includes Lean and Six Sigma deployment. He also has more than 10 years’ experience in management and change management on HONEYWELL’s Canadian site enabling him to direct the industrial restructuring of CICAME ENERGIE and development of the SICAME GROUP in North America.
