Franck WILLIER left the Group on 31 July 2017. Responsible for the Americas Division, he has spent almost 20 years in the service of the Group: Managing Director of the American subsidiary, SICAME CORP, then Managing Director of the Canadian subsidiary, CICAME ENERGIE, before joining the Group’s management team.
In addition, Franck is launching a merger and acquisition consultancy business and will work exclusively on behalf of the SICAME GROUP in the North American region. We warmly thank Franck for his contribution to the development of the Group. We wish each other success in our new form of collaboration.

Pending the appointment of his successor, Saïd LALAOUNA for the Latin America Region (South and Central America) and Yannick HENAFF for the North America Region, will ensure the supervision of these regions on a temporary basis. They will combine these roles with their current responsibilities.
